Hours
Tuesday Wednesday from 2:00pm - 8:00pm
Thursday from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
In home treatment times can be scheduled outside of regular hours.
60 minutes $100
45 minutes $80
30 minutes $60
There are also addtional fees for medical legal reports, clinical file copying or printing, as well as other medical or legal communication.
Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Visa, Master Card, or E-Transfer
If you have an open ICBC claim and payment is going through your lawyer you must contact Jaclynn prior to treatment to set up your payment.
Payment must be completed in full prior to receiving a receipt.
24 Hour cancelation policy
This means that your spot is reserved for you and if you need to cancel with less that 24 hours notice you will be charged the full treatment fee for your appointment.
